Ticket to Read
Your child has access to Ticket to Read for the year. Let me know if you need the username and password information; the login letter went home already.

Ticket to Read is a Web-based component that provides self-directed practice for students without direct teacher support. Benefits include helping to motivate students to have fun while learning, increase practice time in fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension as well as individualize instruction based on student need. Ticket to Read is available anytime students have access to a computer that meets the minimum system requirements. Voyager recommends using Ticket to Read at least three times a week in twenty minute increments. There are two components to Ticket to Read: phonics (Toy Shop) and reading (Clubhouse).
